BRAM Auto Group is currently seeking an IT Technician – Tier 2 to join our team. Requirements

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor when handling complex user issues.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with ConnectWise or similar remote management tools.
  • Proficiency in: Windows Desktop & Server OS MS Active Directory Office 365 (including security services) LAN/WAN networking (Firewalls, Switches, Wireless APs) TCP/IP Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager Network infrastructure tools including Meraki Dashboard and Fortinet FortiGate management

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Experience with CDK Drive and other DMS products
  • CompTIA Network+
  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Client or Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or Administrator Associate
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Cisco Meraki certifications (e.g., ECMS1/ECMS2)
  • Fortinet NSE certification(s)
  • Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Administrator Certification (MD-102 recommended)

Responsibilities

  • Provide mostly onsite support for computers, peripherals, and user-related questions for multiple locations in the NY Metro area.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while driving toward maximized customer service at all times.
  • Adhere to all system processes and procedures, including ticket entry and generating reports on request.
  • Provide user assistance as needed.
  • Document all support work in a timely manner within company policy guidelines.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
  • Manage, configure, and support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, application deployment, compliance policies, and endpoint security.
  • Provide network infrastructure support including Meraki and Fortinet firewalls, switches, wireless access points, VPNs, and SD‑WAN environments.
  • Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN network performance across multiple dealership sites.
