Job Summary: Provides direct support to the property's end user community including desktop support, end user application support, network and security resolution, phone support and IT Operations projects. Works directly with the Regional Director of IT and/or IT Manager on more sophisticated issues/projects and assists IT Technician I employees with areas that are more complex. This position is also responsible for computer operations tasks that need to be completed in the data center when assigned these responsibilities.
