Requirements

  • Associate degree in IT or related field or 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of PC hardware, software installation, and peripherals
  • Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networks and TCP/IP
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • Provide help desk support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and peripherals
  • Install, test, upgrade, and repair computer systems and equipment
  • Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN network performance and security
  • Perform troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and system backups
  • Track and document issues, repairs, and maintenance activities
  • Support technology upgrades with minimal disruption to staff
  • Follow bank policies and data security procedures at all times
