About The Position
The Information Technology Technician I is a student worker role within the University Technology Services ( UTS ) Learning Technologies team. This position supports a technical area and provides an opportunity for students to gain experience in IT operations, documentation, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide Villanova faculty/staff/students with Learning Management System (Blackboard and Brightspace) support and other Villanova supported learning technologies support (e.g. Zoom, Respondus, VoiceThread, etc…)
- Assist with UTS -Learning Technologies answering and completing service requests from Villanova faculty/students/staff
- Assist UTS -Learning Technologies staff with projects as needed
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation and assist in process improvement projects.
- Other tasks as assigned
