About The Position

Responsible for providing onsite and remote technical support for the offices this individual is assigned to as well as remote support to other offices to include Saulsbury’ s Corporate offices. This will include troubleshooting systems at the Houston Office, coordinating installations with the main IT Department Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience, Microsoft Windows Networking, Windows 7
  • Ethical and professional behavior
  • Adaptable, team player
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take direction, work well with others in a fast paced environment
  • Understanding of the confidentiality requirements of records
  • Adheres to the attendance requirement
  • The satisfactory completion of a credit check is required for this position.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to walk the property and laydown yards.
  • Ability to carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Network printers, troubleshoot and repair desktop and laptop computers
  • Provide support and assistance to other members of IT staff as needed
  • Joining computers to the domain
  • Managing work order tickets via our web based work order tracking system
  • Perform miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assigned
