Working as Full-time IT Technical Support Analyst, you will be utilizing a ticket queue, phone calls, and email to support issues for the corporate infrastructure. The position will provide technical support for our desktops, workstation, laptop, and branch infrastructure supporting both the Windows client and Windows Server operating systems. This will also include supporting peripheral equipment and internet connectivity to include carrier premise equipment and Cisco routers and switches. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
