Working as Full-time IT Technical Support Analyst, you will be utilizing a ticket queue, phone calls, and email to support issues for the corporate infrastructure. The position will provide technical support for our desktops, workstation, laptop, and branch infrastructure supporting both the Windows client and Windows Server operating systems. This will also include supporting peripheral equipment and internet connectivity to include carrier premise equipment and Cisco routers and switches. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

  • Configuring, installing, and maintaining branch location equipment
  • Troubleshooting client and server hardware and software support issues
  • Providing technical support of software applications used within the enterprise
  • Patch management of branch and/or corporate location equipment
  • Working ticket and phone queues to provide end-user support
  • Documenting solutions for users as needed
  • Providing 24x7 support on critical systems in an on-call rotation
  • Possess or working toward a degree in Information Technology, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science or related field of study OR possess 3 years of IT related work experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially via telephone and email
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
  • Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
  • Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills

  • Possess an A+, Network+, CCNA, or MCSA certifications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM for system builds, and software package deployments
