Requirements
- Hands-on background in software development or enterprise applications, gained through:
- Prior role as a software engineer, SAP consultant, technical analyst, or
- Formal education in computer science, software engineering, or information systems.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile / SAFe) and enterprise IT environments
Nice To Haves
- A project management certification is preferred (CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification).
Responsibilities
- Support PMO activities for SAFe Release Trains within a large IT / ERP transformation.
- Coordinate PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and cross-team dependencies across technical workstreams.
- Track delivery progress, risks, issues, and dependencies for software and SAP teams.
- Ensure alignment of approximately 40 technical and business stakeholders across the U.S. and Canada.
- Facilitate communication between developers, SAP functional teams, system integrators, and business leads.
- Maintain program documentation, schedules, RAID logs, and reporting dashboards.
- Support governance and leadership reporting for the ERP migration program
