We are seeking a skilled IT support professional to assist with our Apple and Microsoft 365 Business Accounts. Responsibilities include general tech support, contact merging, and resolving various IT-related issues. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of both platforms and the ability to troubleshoot effectively. While in-person support is preferred, U.S. based English speaking remote assistance is also welcome.
