About The Position

The IT Tech Analyst serves primarily as a project team member in the review of project, design, and technical deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1 year programming experience, or successful participation in the Tech Youth Program.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain technical documentation for projects and assignments using the appropriate tools and deliverables.
  • Proactively research, identify, and resolve issues and/or code as necessary.
  • Participate in the implementation of software programs, platform solutions, etc.
  • Participate in release activities and on-call rotations as needed.
  • Be part of a team involved in code reviews and unit testing efforts.
  • Work with the team to respond to and answer questions generated by internal IT teams.
  • Create and maintain automated test scripts, system documentation, run books, and/or manuals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Support the Change team in the management of applications and infrastructure to ensure no adverse impact on production services and the technical integrity of the applications.
  • Assist with daily change reconciliation processes.
  • Assist colleagues with completeness and quality of change information entered in the change management system and work with change owners to correct deficiencies.
  • Assist with colleague questions and support of the Change Management application and workflow in ServiceNow.
  • Attend required Change Management meetings.
  • Demonstrate an overall understanding and knowledge of the supported applications and production environment.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Work towards making improvements in the Change Management process.
