We design, develop, and manufacture advanced products for ground, maritime, and airborne applications. The Systems Technician must be reliable, a team player, and understand the importance of good communication and documentation. This position will provide excellent desktop support to our onsite and remote users. The Systems Technician will handle the day-to-day maintenance of our existing systems, equipment, and devices, follow instructions by senior team members and must have experience troubleshooting Windows 11, Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory and general computer hardware issues. General knowledge of Windows servers and wired and wireless networking is a plus. To succeed in this role, the Systems Technician must be able to adjust priorities quickly, multitask, organize, and quickly leverage available resources to resolve issues. This is a Temporary role, with the potential to convert to a direct hire after 4-5 months.
