CommQuest Services is seeking a full-time on-site IT Systems & Network Administrator to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our technology systems across all locations. This role is critical to minimizing staff downtime, protecting sensitive data, and maintaining secure, efficient IT operations that directly support our mission of mental health and substance use recovery services. What you gain: Relationships within the organization and in the region Career Growth working with a team of dedicated professionals Opportunities to share your expertise Peace of mind knowing you are benefiting the clients we serve and the community at large What you'll do: Administer, maintain, and secure servers, systems, and IT infrastructure across multiple locations Manage and support wired and wireless networks, firewalls, switches, VPNs, and site-to-site connectivity Monitor system and network performance, backups, storage, and security Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize staff downtime Provision and manage user accounts, permissions, and workstations (Active Directory, Microsoft 365) Support onboarding, offboarding, and role changes with accurate access control All other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated experience administering and supporting IT systems and networks in a professional environment
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server environments, including Active Directory
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience with VMware or other virtualization platforms
  • Working knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, wireless networking)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Five or more years of IT systems and network administration experience
  • Experience with healthcare/behavioral health information systems
  • VOIP or cloud-based phone system experience
  • Experience managing firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft, VMware)
