Providing technical support and assistance to end-users to resolve hardware and software issues will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures, as well as maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures. You will participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to improve IT infrastructure, perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, backups, and system monitoring, and assist in the management of user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Furthermore, you will support disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure the resilience and continuity of IT operations.
