About The Position

ShipOffers is a leading global fulfillment and logistics provider, offering product sourcing, warehousing, and shipping services across the United States and Europe. Our technology-driven operations power high-volume eCommerce brands by connecting marketplaces, warehouses, and logistics partners through custom integrations and data-driven systems. As our infrastructure continues to scale, we are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to take ownership of identity management, internal infrastructure, and endpoint operations. This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Active Directory and identity infrastructure from the ground up. You will also oversee internal hardware systems, employee IT support, and network infrastructure across our offices and warehouse locations. We are a Ubiquiti-based network environment, so experience working with UniFi networking systems is highly preferred. This role requires someone who is comfortable owning systems end-to-end, building secure environments, and supporting a fast-paced operational team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in IT systems administration
  • Experience building or deploying Active Directory environments
  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management
  • Experience supporting Windows and Mac endpoints
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Strong documentation and systems organization skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Ubiquiti / UniFi networking environments
  • Experience with JumpCloud or hybrid identity environments
  • Experience with MDM platforms
  • Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience supporting distributed teams or multi-site organizations

Responsibilities

  • Active Directory & Identity Infrastructure Design and implement Active Directory architecture from the ground up
  • Manage user identity, authentication, and access policies
  • Configure and maintain Group Policy (GPO)
  • Implement role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Integrate identity systems with internal platforms and cloud services
  • Manage secure onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Endpoint & Hardware Management Manage full lifecycle of company hardware: Laptop provisioning Endpoint security Device imaging Asset tracking Secure offboarding Maintain standardized employee workstation configurations Manage hardware inventory and device documentation
  • Network Infrastructure Support and administer Ubiquiti UniFi network infrastructure
  • Monitor network performance and reliability
  • Manage site connectivity between offices and warehouses
  • Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
  • Maintain secure remote access and VPN environments
  • Internal IT Support Serve as the primary internal IT support contact for:
  • Employee workstation support
  • Software installation and configuration
  • Network connectivity issues
  • Printer and device troubleshooting
  • System access and permissions
  • Security & Compliance Implement endpoint security policies
  • Manage patching and system updates
  • Monitor access logs and identify security risks
  • Support internal security and infrastructure improvements
  • Documentation & Infrastructure Processes Maintain infrastructure documentation
  • Document network architecture and identity policies
  • Develop standardized processes for hardware and access management
