We’re seeking a hands-on IT System Administrator who thrives in a fast-moving IT environment and takes pride in owning both systems and outcomes. This role blends core IT administration with defined, functional Salesforce administration responsibilities, supporting end users, SaaS platforms, devices, and identity systems across the organization. Approximately 25% of this role focuses on Salesforce administration, including user management, reporting, data integrity, and light configuration in support of established business processes. This role does not involve heavy Salesforce development (e.g. Apex or custom code), but rather ensures the platform remains reliable, usable, and well-governed for internal teams. The remaining 75% centers on general IT operations, such as endpoint management, identity and access management, SaaS tooling, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of internal systems. This is a highly visible role that requires strong technical judgment, excellent service orientation, and proactive, problem-solving mindset. While this role owns day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of internal systems, it operates within a broader support ecosystem that includes IT leadership, external partners, and specialized vendors for security and infrastructure.
