About The Position

Duties and Responsibilities • Install, configure, and provide technical assistance for software and computer systems. • Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed. • Install, configure, and maintain network corporate infrastructure • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. • Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues. • Support the implementation and roll-out of new solutions or applications. • Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business • Create and maintain procedural documentation, diagrams, and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system. • Set up new users' accounts and profiles. • Understanding, maintaining, and securing AWS environments

Requirements

  • The ability to think logically
  • A good memory of how software and operating systems work
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with others to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Problem-solving skills
  • The ability to prioritize your workload
  • Attention to detail.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in IT support
  • Information Technology or Computer Science degree or certification is helpful
  • Network and desktop administration
  • Mac and Linux OS
