The role is to be part of the IT End User Management Team, being responsible for timely and effective resolutions to end-user issues relating to IT Service Operations. You will be responsible for performing question/problem diagnoses, guiding users through issue resolution, communicating technical solutions in user-friendly language, and producing IT end user documentation. This position will be a remote working role though there may be ad-hoc instances where office attendance is required across offices if solutions cannot be provided remotely.
