SRM Concrete is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Systems Administrator to join our team. Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT Systems and/or Network support role.
• In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems, network architecture, and security protocols.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• A self-starter with outstanding time-management abilities who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, VMWare, Dell hardware, and SonicWall is highly desired.

Nice To Haves

• IT Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA) are a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and peripheral devices across the organization.
• Manage and support core network infrastructure, including VPN, Ethernet, WIFI, and firewalls (SonicWall).
• Administer Active Directory and Group Policy to manage user access and ensure system security.
• Serve as a key escalation point for diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Proactively maintain system health through strategic patching, updates, and data backup procedures.
• Provide clear technical guidance and support to team members.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support, including some weekends for scheduled maintenance.
