About The Position

We’re seeking a skilled IT System Administrator to support a growing technology environment. This role focuses on end-user support, network configuration, device management, and maintaining secure, reliable IT systems for both office and remote users.

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT or network administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, VPN, firewalls).
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS.
• Experience with Freshservice or similar tools.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Manage onboarding, configuration, and compliance using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune.
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365, Box, and Monday.com applications.
• Configure and troubleshoot network equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Support VPN, VLAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity across corporate and remote sites.
• Maintain hardware inventory and track devices.
• Manage service requests using Freshservice.
