About The Position

At Legora, technology is at the heart of everything we do. Our teams move fast, and they need reliable, secure, and scalable systems to deliver their best work. That’s where you come in. We are now looking for an IT System Administrator to own and evolve our internal IT environment. From managing core infrastructure and SaaS platforms to ensuring smooth onboarding experiences and bulletproof security practices, you will be the go-to person for keeping our systems running and our people empowered. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll balance operational excellence with forward-looking improvements that support our rapid growth.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in IT administration, system operations, or similar roles in a fast-moving tech environment.
  • Deep expertise in the Apple ecosystem — macOS and iOS administration, Apple Business Manager, MDM tools (e.g., Kandji, Jamf, Intune), and endpoint security.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, identity and access management (Okta, Entra or similar), and SaaS management best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate processes and integrate systems.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) and how IT operations support them.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on automation, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust as a reliable point of contact across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer core IT systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Okta (or equivalent), and other SaaS platforms critical to daily operations.
  • Drive, manage, and implement new systems and tools that support company growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Own device management for apple devices, including configuration, deployment, patching.
  • Develop and maintain internal IT processes (onboarding, offboarding, access management, license tracking) for scalability and efficiency.
  • Build automation and integrations across systems using APIs to streamline workflows and reduce manual work.
  • Work closely with the Security team to implement Zero Trust principles, identity and access management, and compliance controls.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to employees, troubleshooting issues across applications, devices, and services.
  • Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi networks, conference room AV equipment, and on-site hardware to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
  • Plan and execute IT setup for new offices, including network connectivity, device provisioning, conference rooms, and local vendor coordination.
