About The Position

Sky Zone is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician to join our new Dallas corporate office and support our growing IT team. Sky Zone, DEFY, and Rockin’ Jump make up the world’s largest operator of extreme recreation parks, delivering high-energy, aerial-sports experiences across the country. This role is based onsite and includes a blend of technical support, hardware deployment, and hands-on operational responsibilities. You will support corporate staff, remote employees, and park locations while also taking ownership of day-to-day IT operations in the Dallas office.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Windows desktop administration.
  • Familiarity with Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI).
  • Experience imaging, staging, and deploying hardware.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Ability to document processes and write clear technical notes.
  • Understanding of ticket triage and tiered support structures.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage workload independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Adaptability to new tools, processes, and technology.
  • Strong organization and follow-through.

Nice To Haves

  • Atlassian products (Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence).
  • RMM tools such as Ninja, TeamViewer, or ConnectWise.
  • Experience with VoIP phone systems.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as point of contact for IT issues for corporate staff, remote users, and park teams.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot common issues (desktops/laptops, printers, card readers, POS hardware, network equipment, software, etc.).
  • Manage and escalate tickets using Jira Service Management.
  • Provide excellent customer service with timely and clear communication.
  • Provide daily onsite support for Dallas office employees.
  • Support executive IT needs, including device setup, troubleshooting, and meeting readiness.
  • Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking for the Dallas office.
  • Oversee AV and conference room technology support.
  • Stage, configure, and prepare hardware for new park openings (computers, peripherals, networking equipment, POS devices).
  • Assist with hardware shipping, receiving, and deployment logistics.
  • Participate in IT infrastructure, hardware refresh, and rollout projects.
  • Occasional travel to support park openings or corporate initiatives.
