On site IT support for University academic departments, research labs, and administrative offices in the O'Hara corridor of support. The incumbent must have the ability to be mobile around campus, provide exceptional customer service, be willing to assist peers while facilitating the success of the team. Must manage tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and possess excellent communication skills.
