This role resolves issues with computer hardware and software, provides end user training and education, builds, and rebuilds computers, and assists with overall operation of end user facing technology between two locations. Employees in this role create and manage access to networks, systems, and applications by creating or removing end user accounts, rights, and permissions. Help Desk Technicians work closely with other IT department personnel and technology owners to assist with tasks that require specific knowledge or expertise. Help Desk Technicians balance creative and technical problem solving, customer service, teamwork and collaboration to ensure that personnel throughout the organization can access and utilize resources they need to perform their jobs. They will be working with hardware, imaging, wiping etc.
