What You’ll Do: As an IT Support Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our systems running efficiently and helping the business operate at peak performance. Your responsibilities will include: Evaluating business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions. Staying current with IT and process advancements to modernize and automate systems. Performing requirements analysis, documenting findings, and communicating results to teams and management. Collaborating closely with clients, technicians, and management to ensure business needs are met. Supporting, administering, and training on business systems, including CRM, Office 365, Azure, analytics tools, and other third-party software.
