What You’ll Do: As an IT Support Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our systems running efficiently and helping the business operate at peak performance. Your responsibilities will include: Evaluating business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions. Staying current with IT and process advancements to modernize and automate systems. Performing requirements analysis, documenting findings, and communicating results to teams and management. Collaborating closely with clients, technicians, and management to ensure business needs are met. Supporting, administering, and training on business systems, including CRM, Office 365, Azure, analytics tools, and other third-party software. Conducting quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and project management for IT initiatives. Gathering critical information from meetings, generating reports, and providing actionable insights. Prioritizing initiatives, managing competing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of projectss

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in a relevant field and/or 3+ years of business/systems analysis experience.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and inquisitive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Excellent technical skills, including SQL and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience creating reports, presentations, and process documentation.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work with them to determine optimal solutions.
  • Willingness to travel (~10%) and lift items up to 50 lbs.
