About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver to join our IT team! As an IT Support Technician, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our technology running smoothly. From desktops and laptops to printers and mobile devices, you’ll help install, troubleshoot, and maintain the tools that keep our business connected. You’ll also assist with network issues, provide user training, and back up our Help Desk when needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required. College coursework or equivalent experience in IT preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications and PC hardware/software.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and TCP/IP
  • A+ or Cisco certifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Set up, repair, and maintain computers, printers, phones, and other tech equipment.
  • Respond quickly to support requests and log details in our ticketing system.
  • Help install and update hardware and software across the company.
  • Assist with network components like servers, switches, firewalls, and backups.
  • Keep accurate records of equipment, configurations, and procedures.
  • Support new hires with account setup and workstation preparation.
  • Handle offboarding tasks like account deactivation and hardware collection.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and vendors.
  • Stay up to date on new technology and bring fresh ideas to the table.
