Description Qualifications & Requirements: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Systems / Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in desktop support analysis. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical and communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work well with others. Ability to translate technical terms into non‐technical language. Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment. Self‐starter that grabs responsibility and pushes for ways to improve the process flow. Level 2 troubleshooting user issues with phones, computers, and printers etc. Repairs software and hardware issues for users as they arise. Configures and deploys new equipment. Evaluates broken hardware and perform warranty repairs. Trains users on OS, application, phone, and mobile phone use as needed. Writes instructions for end users as needed. Maintains asset list and other internal databases. Travels to regional offices on occasion to ensure users and IT needs are addressed. Manages projects as they arise. Salary: $45000-78000/yr Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
