Our Client is looking to bring in a computer savvy consultant at their Large Bristol, IN site (700-800 End-Users). Job Description below. This position helps improve the productivity of our clients employees by acting as an escalation point within our Service Desk team and by being the single point of contact for information and problem resolution. This is accomplished by diagnosing and resolving problems with hardware, software, LANs, and servers in a timely and professional manner via telephone, ticket, email, remote tools and hands-on support. Previous Helpdesk or Desktop Support or PC Technician experience is required. IT certifications are desirable for this role. This will be a first shift opportunity on a Contract to Hire basis. Pay will be negotiable based on experience.
