We're looking for an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) SUPPORT TECH

Requirements

• Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• Willing to travel to all locations as needed
• Available during all administrative and sales hours
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree in a computer related field preferred
• Experience with computer hardware and software including the latest Microsoft Operating Systems
• A+ Certification, or willingness to obtain IT professional certification
• Clear, concise, and effective oral and written communication
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, and customers
• Ability to apply current knowledge and continuously learn
• Ability to represent the company in a manner consistent with Friendship values and expectations

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized and/or site based technical support to team members, including network selection, configuration, installation, operation, repair, maintenance, software installation and troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to various computer systems, operating systems and application software using basic test equipment or diagnostic software
• Maintain multi-media devices, including but not limited to telephones, printers, monitors and projectors
• Repair and maintain basic cabling systems, including coaxial cabling, Category 5 cabling, etc
• Improve knowledge and skills through extracurricular training and involvement in professional organizations
• Other duties assigned by IT Manager or Friendship Management Services
