About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Supervisor</b> to lead a remote team responsible for training, systems support, and application readiness. This role oversees specialists who design, configure, and deliver IT and application training. </p> The supervisor ensures system stability, training quality, data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational priorities while fostering a collaborative, service -focused environment. </p>

Requirements

• MediClear certification or equivalent HIPAA credential </p>
• Associate’s degree in Clinical Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field </p> OR</i> High school diploma/equivalent plus 2 </b>years of IT operations experience </p>
• Strong understanding of IT workflows, healthcare applications, data integrity, and training methodologies </p>
• Ability to manage priorities, lead teams, and support remote staff </p>

Nice To Haves

• Epic certification (or ability to obtain within six months) </p>
• Healthcare IT experience within clinical, business office, or ambulatory settings </p>

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of IT training and application support specialists </p>
• Oversee development and delivery of IT training. </p>
• Ensure system stability, data integrity, and regulatory compliance </p>
• Collaborate with cross -functional leaders to align training with organizational needs </p>
• Maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials </p>
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and manage schedules/assignments </p>
• Promote a culture of customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement </p>
