This role is responsible for local hardware support and supplemental Help Desk support for all Smackover-based employees. The position will troubleshoot and resolve various hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and accurate manner to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operation of IT systems. The position will use established processes and procedures to document, track, and resolve reported problems.
