We’re looking for a IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical assistance to end users. This role is essential in keeping our systems and staff operating smoothly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with user support, and escalating complex issues when needed—all while delivering excellent customer service. This position is onsite Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
