Based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Dunmore, PA, this position supports all seven of our locations throughout Pennsylvania and New York. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business software
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
  • Ability to work in various environments
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record

Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring software and hardware
  • Supporting Microsoft 365, John Deere applications, and third-party platforms
  • Maintaining computers, printers, and network connectivity
  • Managing mobile device setup, configuration, and monitoring
  • Assisting with computer inventory management
  • Supporting Windows, antivirus, and system updates
  • Providing Helpdesk support to employees across all locations
  • Participating in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and best practices
  • Staying current on emerging technology and data security trends
  • Following all safety policies and company procedures
  • Completing additional duties as assigned
