About The Position

Caesars Entertainment is looking for an experienced Support Specialist II who can provide support on computer hardware and software as part of the Las Vegas Region IT Property Operations team. The Support Specialist will support end users in the installation, upgrade and troubleshooting of hardware and software at our eight Las Vegas casino properties. The successful candidate will have previous work experience as a Desktop Support or a similar role.

Requirements

  • Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and access
  • Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
  • Assist in project or market special event IT equipment installation and support coverage
  • Assist with deployment of equipment to end users
  • Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting
  • Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
  • Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
  • Record technical issues and solutions in logs
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
  • Report customer feedback and potential product requests
  • This position does not have the ability to work remotely.
