The IT Support Specialist I provides frontline technical support to NewStream employees, helping resolve IT issues and ensuring a smooth, reliable technology experience. This role supports daily operations by troubleshooting problems, assisting with installations, maintaining secure systems, and offering user training. The position plays an important part in keeping our technology running efficiently and supporting SRC’s employee‑owned culture by ensuring employees have the tools they need to succeed.
