Requirements

  • Min 2 years of desktop hardware and software support in a Microsoft Windows domain network environment.
  • Demonstrated advanced level laptop, desktop, and printer, hardware and software troubleshooting skills are required.
  • Demonstrated basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Ethernet, Wifi).
  • General understanding of Active Directory and Office 365.

Responsibilities

  • The I.T. Support Specialist provides hands-on and remote desktop, laptop, printer, hardware, and software support in a Windows network environment.
  • They will troubleshoot hardware and software problems and document resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
  • Travel to remote sites as required to perform onsite troubleshooting and support tasks.
  • Provision and deploy new computer systems per defined standards.
  • Maintain hardware asset inventory.
  • Basic user administration of Active Directory, Office 365, and Okta user accounts.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required which includes writing documentation.
