About The Position
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of help desk engineers, ensuring the timely resolution of IT support tickets and the efficient operation of all networks, workstations, and software. This role involves managing network architecture and collaborating with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure server reliability and business continuity. The IT Manager will also lead the design and implementation of business processes and critical projects to enhance operational efficiency in alignment with company objectives.
