Responsibilities

  • Learn and provide support for desktop and laptop systems, including break/fix service, operating system and application loading, application configurations and user settings, and desktop administrative duties.
  • Record, track, and escalate cases through our established tracking system as well as help maintain our documentation up to date.
  • Be part of our team of friendly and knowledgeable people working directly with our clients, both remotely and onsite.
  • Coordinate projects and tasks seamlessly with our Service Delivery team members, as well as with our advanced technical team.
