About The Position

As the IT Support Intern, you will support day-to-day IT operations, end-user support, and ongoing technology projects. This role will assist with ticket resolution, device setup, basic troubleshooting, documentation, and IT asset tracking. You will also support integration tasks tied to business changes or acquisitions under the direction of the IT Program Manager.

Requirements

Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree/certification in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Basic familiarity with common IT concepts: Windows/Microsoft 365 fundamentals, endpoints/devices, and networking basics (Wi-Fi, LAN).
Strong communicationand customer service mindset; able to explain steps clearly to non-technical users.
Organized and detail-oriented; able to follow processes and document work consistently.
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and follow security best practices.
Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite as needed
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Team player attitude is a must.
