About The Position

We have an immediate opening for an IT Support Engineer to develop and execute our enterprise IT support roadmap. We are searching for someone excited to operationalize and execute on an efficient and robust IT support function. Are you a seasoned IT professional with experience in digital health? Do you have that amazing bedside manner that makes every employee feel happy to come to you for help? If the answer to these is yes, then we would like to talk with you. What would I be doing? You will be working with our Information Security leader, HR team members and our security and compliance certification vendors to implement, maintain and audit our employee-facing infrastructure. On any given day you could be: Building out an automated laptop provisioning and mobile device management system such as JAMF or Kandji/IRU Building and managing IT service desk and requests management workflow Helping employees with device issues and onboarding new employees Assisting with user access request changes and modifications Participating in evidence gathering processes in support of our security processes Performing change management and periodic IT maintenance functions Periodically travel to Denver to provide support for in-person meetings Oversee logistics related employee onboarding and offboarding activities Create user-facing documentation for IT knowledge base Complete other duties as assigned Ability to work outside business hours on occasion

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in support and maintenance of Enterprise IT
  • Previous experience working within a startup environment
  • Detailed knowledge and experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Proficiency with JAMF or another MDM
  • Experience working with Single-Sign-On portals such as Okta
  • Experience with administering and managing Google Workspace accounts
  • Ability to administer and manage endpoint protection services
  • Experience with managing logistics for delivery and shipment of hardware to employees
  • Demonstrated ability to manage network equipment such as network switches and firewall devices
  • Comprehensive knowledge of secure networking technology with particular emphasis on wireless technology and VPN administration
  • Track record of great customer service skills and ability to convey complex concepts to people with less technical experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware issues and conduct necessary escalation procedures
  • Experience tracking requests using ticketing systems such as JIRA service management

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience within digital health
  • Familiarity with Data Loss Prevention software and policies
  • Prior ownership and management of JIRA
  • Track record for generating technical documentations
  • Experience in conducting training seminars or sessions with employees on new technologies
  • Proficiency with and use of PowerShell scripts is a plus
