Provides technical support (hardware and software) to the university for all Dining Services point of sale equipment (Infor) and assorted peripherals. Issues may be reported via the Zoho Help Desk system, emails, and/or phone calls and are acted upon and resolved accordingly. Diagnosis hardware and networking issues, and replaces equipment around campus (dining halls, retail locations, concession stands) as needed. Provides hardware support for Grubhub's mobile food ordering system, as well as Starship's autonomous delivery food robots. Support for Dining Services may be required at events where Onecard is accepted for dining purchases. Acts as a liaison between Auxiliary Services and OTS.
