Reporting to the Manager of Technology Helpdesk, in addition to the general duties listed above, the incumbent will have to perform ( or be responsible for ) the following specific duties: + The delivery, setup and configuration of desktop computers and laptops. + Replacement and/or upgrading hardware components in desktop computers and laptops. + The delivery setup, and configuration of print devices. + Configuration and troubleshooting mobile devices. + Installation, configuration, updating, and troubleshooting software on desktop computers and laptops. + Maintaining Windows and Mac operating systems.
