About The Position
The IT Support Analyst serves as a technical resource for various departments, courts, and elected offices within the County. The role involves troubleshooting, analyzing, diagnosing, and identifying solutions to technical issues, as well as providing training on software and hardware use. The analyst may also configure applications, oversee vendor work, analyze data, develop custom reports, and maintain tools or systems to support business needs.
