About The Position
The IT Support Analyst plays a crucial role in providing first-line support for Information Technology service requests within a healthcare provider system. This position is responsible for assisting end-users with computers, printers, mobile devices, and related peripherals, ensuring efficient operation and troubleshooting of technical issues. The analyst will also engage in testing, diagnosing, documenting, repairing, and replacing devices as necessary, while supporting organizational projects that involve the relocation or deployment of computing resources.
