As an IT Support Analyst - Level 1, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing top-notch support to our employees. A seamless digital employee experience is a top priority. You will work closely with our IT team to diagnose and resolve technical issues, implement software and hardware solutions, and contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of our IT infrastructure. This role sits in our Lancaster, PA office. Consideration will be given to our Harrisburg and Malvern offices, dependent on candidate location.
