About The Position

The IT Support Analyst at Englewood Health is responsible for providing technical support to end users at Englewood Hospital and other remote locations. This role involves coordinating with various teams to implement necessary updates and ensure the reliable operation of key systems, contributing to the overall mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Office 365.
• Experience with Desktop Management solutions such as ManageEngine, Ivanti, or SCCM.
• Understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, SSL, and TCP/IP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ZoomRoom, Extron, Q-Sys, and Logitech Rally.
• Knowledge of Polycom systems.
• Experience in a real-time environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users at Englewood Hospital and remote locations.
• Coordinate with teams to implement plans and updates for system operations.
• Document and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
• Interact with hospital staff, vendors, and consultants to resolve issues.
