The Impact You’ll Make in this Role Applies broad knowledge and extensive experience in IT Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) systems, portfolio insights, dashboard development, KPI management, and automation to lead a global team within the Project & Portfolio Management Office (PPMO). Provides direct supervision to employees, contractors, or service providers. Oversees enterprise PPM platforms, ensures high-quality portfolio data, and delivers dashboards and executive‑level insights that enable decision-making across IT. Handles complex, multi‑discipline inquiries requiring advanced analytical capability, strong business acumen, and alignment with established IT and PPM standards. Here, you will make an impact by: Apply expert knowledge of PPM systems, analytics, and portfolio performance to solve complex business and technical problems and execute on the PPM Product Roadmap; lead enhancements to dashboards, reporting, and PPM platform capabilities. Manage employees, contractors, or service providers responsible for PPM tool administration, reporting, dashboard design, analytics, and insights. Set priorities, assign work, and provide coaching, performance management, and development support. Oversee PPM system administration (e.g., configuration, access, integrations, releases) and ensure high-quality, well-governed portfolio data that supports executive reporting and strategic decision‑making. Lead development and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, predictive analytics, and automated reporting solutions used to evaluate portfolio health, resource utilization, financials, risks, and strategic alignment. Communicate complex information clearly to executives and stakeholders, influencing decisions and aligning perspectives on metrics, reporting requirements, and portfolio insights. Support organizational objectives by upholding corporate policies, quality standards, and ethical expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Seven (7) years of IT experience with strong background in PPM systems, portfolio insights, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Experience in PPM tools such as Planview, ServiceNow, Jira, or Clarity , and strong expertise with analytics platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

  • Must demonstrate strong analytical capability, leadership skills, and the ability to simplify complex data for executive audiences.
  • Experience working with global teams, automation tools, and IT governance processes is typically required.
