About The Position

The Insights and Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the Americas organization with reliable, insight driven data and ensures operational effectiveness through report development, meeting documentation, and day-to-day operational support. What you'll do - Build concise visual summaries translating complex datasets into clear insights for senior leadership presentations - Gathering data and cross-functional inputs from Sales Planning, Market Intelligence, Finance, Regional teams, and Marketing - Track, document, and follow up on action items and decisions from leadership and cross functional meetings to ensure accountability and progress - Produce clear, concise executive briefing materials - Support ad-hoc data requests by extracting, validating, and synthesizing data to inform business decisions - Support the Strategy and Business Intelligence team across reporting, coordination, and operational activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3+ years of experience working in the automotive industry is preferred
• Demonstrated experience working with reports and data analysis. Proficiency in building reports
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills for projects and tasks
• Solutions oriented mindset
