As our Social Insights and Analytics Specialist, you are the bridge between raw data and creative strategy. You won't just monitor trends; you will decode consumer behavior to provide the strategic spark for campaigns that demand immediate impact. We are looking for a data-driven storyteller who can look at a spreadsheet and see a narrative, connecting the dots between what’s working and what’s next. In this role, you’ll serve as our internal pulse-taker, staying ahead of the cultural curve and translating complex findings into actionable blueprints for a global leader in the bridal space. Requirements

  • Sprinklr Power User: Proven experience managing and reporting within Sprinklr or a similar enterprise-level social management tool.
  • Data Maven: Exceptional ability to compile large volumes of data into clear, actionable, and visual reports.
  • Strategic Thinker: You don't just see likes and shares; you see patterns in consumer behavior and purchase intent, linking multiple data sets to prove success.
  • Communicator: Ability to present complex data to various departments in a way that is easy to understand and act upon.
  • Experienced professional: Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry Passion: Interest in or experience with the bridal, fashion, or luxury retail markets is a significant plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, preference for Marketing Analytics, Communications, Business or similar field of study

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for our social media management platform, Sprinklr.
  • Manage the retrieval and formatting of large data sets for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Conduct deep-dive measurements into channel growth, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness to increase organic reach.
  • Provide expert analysis of social media business priorities across all platforms to drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the bridal industry, the buyer’s journey, and the competitive landscape.
  • Research and discover insights that support business objectives and advance our brand storytelling.
  • Use web and social analytics to measure campaign success and provide data-backed recommendations for real-time optimization.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to stay ahead of emerging social media trends and platform shifts.
  • Partner with strategic leads to determine the optimal timing, frequency, and platform for engaging our audience.
