About The Position

As an IT Strategy & Planning Intern, you will function as the internal Chief of Staff / Office of the CIO for the IT organization. You will work with Strategy & Planning leaders and team members to support analysis and coordination of projects that help IT operate to support the business. Approximately 85–90% of the experience will be within the Strategy & Planning Department, with 10–15% exposure to other IT teams to understand how strategy and governance translate into delivery. You will report to the Strategy & Planning Director and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, business, management, finance, HR, or a related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Completed Sophomore year of college
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT or large organizational environments
  • Experience creating presentations, reports, or dashboards
  • Experience in (or interest in learning) in the following Microsoft technologies: Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Project Online, or Planner

Responsibilities

  • Help with IT strategy research, documentation, and executive materials.
  • Support project and portfolio tracking, dashboards, and governance activities.
  • Help with IT budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Contribute to onboarding, mentorship programs, skills documentation, and learning platform reporting.
  • Document processes and support operational excellence initiatives.
  • Shadow teams across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and more.
