About The Position

Double Good is seeking an Intern to join our IT Team for the summer.
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful projects that support Double Good’s continued growth. Interns will work alongside experienced team members, develop professional skills, and gain exposure to how teams operate within a fast-growing consumer technology company.
This is a 10-week internship designed to provide real business impact, cross-functional exposure, and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT Systems, Information System Management, or comparable degree with an expected graduation date of Spring 2027
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage end user helpdesk tickets to completion, including issue resolution with business applications and hardware.
• Manage upgrade cycles of devices and business applications.
• Assist in the configuration and maintenance of critical business devices, application configurations, security profiles, and company organization.
• Support the IT with projects that contribute to business priorities
• Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support decision making
• Assist in identifying insights and opportunities for improvement
• Work with team members across the organization to understand business challenges
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights
• Support cross-functional initiatives as needed
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, or dashboards
• Present findings and recommendations as part of a final internship capstone project
