IT SPECIALIST
About The Position
IT Specialist Location: Brewster, NY Pay: $60,000 – $80,000/ year This position is Full-Time, On-Site 5 days a week What You’ll Do Serve as an escalation point for complex IT issues beyond Help Desk support Support and maintain core business systems including ERP, WMS, and Microsoft 365 Assist with system administration across cloud and on-prem environments Troubleshoot network, VPN, and endpoint issues across multi-state locations Lead workstation deployments, upgrades, and technology rollouts Support security initiatives, patching, and process improvements Create and maintain technical documentation and standard procedures What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred) 3–5 years of experience in IT specialist, IT Technician, or similar role Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls) Experience supporting ERP, WMS, or other business-critical systems Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Why Join Us? Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in IT specialist, IT Technician, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
